Betsy is not your typical pharmacy consultant. Yes she can assist the facility with chart review, medication destruction, provide education to the nursing staff, perform cart audits, and Medication Administration reviews, however she also is able to make staff jobs easier and more efficient. She strives to ensure regulations are met, and residents are protected from harm related to medications as well as assist facilities in improving areas of potential weakness.  When Betsy sees an area that needs attention and improvement in a facility she works closely with staff to develop new policy and procedures to get immediate improvement in these areas. Her compassion and wide knowledge base is what helps her with improving outcomes for those she serves.
